Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to consulting services provided by Health Intent Partners LLC ("Health Intent Partners," "we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services, you agree to the terms of this policy.

1. Nature of Our Services

Health Intent Partners provides professional consulting services that are customized and delivered based on client-specific engagements. Due to the professional, time-based, and knowledge-intensive nature of consulting work, our refund policy reflects the value delivered at each stage of an engagement.

2. Retainer and Advance Payments

For engagements requiring an advance payment or retainer:

  • Retainer fees applied to a specific engagement are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • If an engagement is cancelled by the client before any work has begun, a full refund of any advance payment may be issued, less any administrative costs incurred.
  • If cancellation occurs after work has commenced, refunds will be calculated based on the proportion of work not yet completed, at our sole discretion.

3. Project-Based Engagements

For project-based or milestone-based engagements:

  • Payments for completed milestones are non-refundable.
  • If a project is cancelled mid-engagement, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed through the date of cancellation, prorated as specified in the applicable Statement of Work.
  • Any deliverables already provided remain the property subject to the terms of the engagement agreement.

4. Cancellation by Health Intent Partners

In the unlikely event that Health Intent Partners is unable to fulfill a committed engagement, we will provide a pro-rated refund for any work not yet performed. We will endeavor to provide reasonable notice and assistance in transitioning any ongoing work.

5. Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error or have a concern about the services provided, please contact us promptly at matthew.trowbridge@healthintent.partners. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and in good faith.

6. No Refunds for Dissatisfaction with Advice

We work diligently to provide high-quality, evidence-based consulting services. However, because the value of consulting is inherently subjective and outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control, we do not offer refunds based solely on dissatisfaction with the strategic advice or recommendations provided.

7. Governing Terms

This Refund Policy is incorporated into and subject to the Terms of Service and any applicable Statement of Work or engagement agreement. In the event of any conflict between this policy and an executed engagement agreement, the terms of the engagement agreement shall control.
